Topics are the subjects, problems, or categories you’re tracking for this workspace. Add or edit Topics so 1eyeᴬᴵ can recognize when a buyer researches one of them and surface it as a Research signal in Market Signals. For Snowbricks, examples could include:

Topics and Market Signals

Every topic you add here powers the Research trigger in Market Signals. When a buyer researches a topic you’re tracking, 1eyeᴬᴵ surfaces it on their profile and timeline as researched — for example, “Jordan Price researched Workflow Automation.” See Market Signals to see these signals alongside Product and Competitor activity.

Where to find Topics

  1. Open your 1eyeᴬᴵ workspace
  2. Select Knowledge Base from the left-hand nav
  3. Select the Topics tab

Best practices

  • Track topics buyers actually research — Add subjects that map to real problems or categories in your space, not everything tangentially related.
  • Write a clear Description — A short, specific description helps your team understand each topic’s relevance at a glance.
  • Keep the list focused — Too many overlapping topics can dilute signal quality; a tighter list produces clearer, more actionable signals.

Next step

See Market Signals to see how buyer research on these topics shows up in your buyers’ signals.
