Before you set up your workspace, it helps to understand the pipeline that powers 1eyeᴬᴵ. Every buyer your team sees started as an anonymous signal that moved through the same stages below.

The pipeline, end to end

  1. Anonymous signals come in — Website, Market, and LinkedIn activity flows into 1eyeᴬᴵ before anyone is identified.
  2. The Eval Engine processes each signal — 1eyeᴬᴵ resolves, enriches, evaluates, and matches the activity against your Knowledge Base.
  3. Genuine activity becomes a buyer signal — Signals that clear the bar are attached to a resolved buyer. The rest are discarded as noise.
  4. Buyer signals populate Target Lists — Live, rule-based audiences built from your ICPs, personas, and other criteria.
  5. Target Lists activate to Destinations — CRMs, campaigns, Slack, GTM agents, ad platforms, and webhooks pick up the buyer with full context.

Anonymous signals

1eyeᴬᴵ captures three kinds of signals before anyone is identified: See Signals for how each source is configured.

The Eval Engine

The Eval Engine is 1eyeᴬᴵ’s intelligence layer. It runs every signal through four steps: Your Knowledge Base — workspace info, ICPs, personas, target pages, target forms, and exclusions — is what the Eval Engine matches against. The more accurate it is, the sharper your buyer signals and Target Lists become.

Discarded signals

Not every signal clears the Eval Engine. Activity that doesn’t resolve to a real buyer, or doesn’t match your Knowledge Base, is discarded as noise rather than surfaced as a buyer. This keeps Target Lists focused on the buyers worth your team’s attention.

Target Lists and Destinations

Buyer signals that clear the Eval Engine are organized into Target Lists — live audiences that update automatically as new signals come in. From there, a Target List can be pushed to a Destination — a CRM, an ad platform, Slack, a GTM agent, or a webhook — so your team or your tools can act on it with full context. See Target Lists and Destinations for how to build and activate these.
