Enrich is the second stage of Buyer Intelligence. Once Resolve has connected a signal to a person and a company, Enrich fills in the details needed to judge fit — firmographic data about the company, technographic data about what it uses, and personographic data about the person.

What Enrich adds

  • Firmographic data — company size, industry, and other company-level attributes
  • Technographic data — the tools and technology a company uses
  • Personographic data — role, seniority, and other person-level attributes

How Enrich fits into Buyer Intelligence

  • Before Enrich — Resolve produces a resolved identity, but with little context beyond who they are
  • Enrich — fills that identity out with company and person context
  • After Enrich — Evaluate uses that context to score fit, intent, and relevance
Enriched fields show up on a contact’s Person and Company details in Target Buyer, and feed the fit reasoning shown for ICPs and personas.

Best practices

  • The stronger your ICPs and personas, the more useful enrichment is — enrichment fills in attributes, but ICPs and personas decide which attributes matter
  • Expect enrichment to vary by contact — not every field is available for every company or person

Next step

Next, go to Evaluate to see how 1eyeᴬᴵ scores fit using that context.
