Signal Settings lives under Workspace Settings, alongside the workspace Overview. It controls which of the three signal sources 1eyeᴬᴵ captures for this workspace, and how many new buyers each one is allowed to create in a given month. Workspace Settings Signal Settings

Signal sources

Each source can be turned on or off independently. Turning one off pauses collection and processing for that source going forward — it doesn’t delete signals already captured.
  • Website Signals — buyer intent captured from activity on your website: page visits, form fills, and content engagement.
  • Market Signals — buyer intent captured from outside your website: research activity, product interest, and competitor evaluation.
  • LinkedIn Signals — buyer activity captured from LinkedIn: post engagement, reactions, and page follows.

Monthly new-buyer limits

For each active source, choose how many new buyers it’s allowed to create in a given month:
  • No limit — the source creates a new buyer every time it finds one, with no monthly cap.
  • Monthly limit — set a maximum number of new buyers the source can create each month. A usage bar next to the source shows progress toward the cap (for example, 580 / 1,000 buyers this month), and resets at the start of each month.

Turning off a signal source

Switching a source off here disables it across the workspace. In the left navigation, that source’s item under Signals shows a disabled, dimmed state and can’t be opened until the source is turned back on. Buyers and signals the source already created stay in place — turning it off only stops new activity from being collected. Website Signals depends on the Website Pixel being installed on your site.
