Base URL
Authentication
All requests require a workspace API key:$API_KEY for your API key. The key determines the workspace; you do not supply a workspace ID. See Authentication.
Endpoints
Workspace object
Fields and update permissions
Contacts are standalone contact records. They do not need to be workspace users, and their email domains do not need to match the primary company domain. Changing a contact does not invite a user or grant workspace access.
1. Retrieve the Workspace
GET /v1/workspace
2. Update the Workspace
PATCH /v1/workspace
Send one or more writable fields as a JSON object.
Example response
200 OK — returns the complete updated Workspace, including unchanged fields.Partial update behavior
Nested contact and address objects merge by field. Updatingaddress.city preserves the other address fields. Omitted fields retain their current values.
All supplied values are validated before a change is applied. A read-only field, unknown field, invalid value, empty object, or empty PATCH request is rejected; invalid requests do not partially update the Workspace.
Clear nullable fields
Explicitnull clears a nullable field:
name, time_zone, contact emails, or the parent primary_contact, billing_contact, or address objects to null.
Validation
Separate resources
Use Users to manage memberships, Website Pixel to manage tracking domains, and Signal Settings to control Signal sources. Billing and Usage are separate read-only resources. These resources are not embedded in the Workspace object and cannot be updated through this endpoint.Errors
Errors use the standard error envelope. Use
request_id when contacting support.
