# Overview

> Target Lists are signal-driven audiences that automatically capture matching buyers into a running workflow, ready to push to your Destinations.

In 1eye<sup>AI</sup>, a Target List is a live, rule-based audience. Each list runs its own simple workflow — Start, Buyers, End — that captures buyers matching the rule you configure on the Buyers step, such as visits to a specific website page from buyers who fit your ICPs and personas, for as long as the list is running.

## What Target Lists are for

Target Lists help your team answer: which buyers should we act on for this GTM motion? A Target List usually represents a single signal-based motion — for example, buyers who visited your pricing page, or buyers who visited your homepage — each running as its own workflow and adding matching buyers automatically.

## How Target Lists connect to Destinations

Target Lists are the audience layer for Destinations. Pushing a Target List to a Destination sends the buyer contact and company records captured in that list — not the list itself — to HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, or a webhook. See [Destinations](/destinations/overview).
